The ESPC is honored to be able to give back to the Frederick County Maryland Community through its Charitable Giving Program by awarding two grants per year.  Any 501(C)(3) organization is eligible to apply for funding for projects and programs that will directly benefit older adults and will be used in Frederick County, Maryland.
